Breakfast and Chat with Sejo Jahic

Has anyone ever asked you about your goals, plans and wishes you want to fulfil before you become 88 years old? Well, the answer is most possibly ‘No!’. However, it was one of the first questions for our 13 scholars who attended the Breakfast and Meeting with Mr. Sejo Jahić on last Friday morning.

Mr. Sejo Jahic, who holds a master’s degree in engineering and Biocybernetics, is the Founder and CEO of Echo Technology Solutions, which empowers people and organizations through technology and its mission is to provide excellent service and smart solutions to their clients. He started up his company in 2002 as he believed that smaller businesses deserve the same high-quality IT services that larger companies have. Maybe you wonder how? Well, he built a team of smart, professional and dedicated technology experts that work with businesses of all sizes, aligning their client’s technology resources to their business objectives. Besides his business life, he loves to spend his free time with young and enthusiastic people and to motivate them on their path towards their goals.

Such was the case last Friday within the workplace of Echo Technology Solutions company in Tuzla, where a group of our scholars had the unique opportunity to meet Sejo and chat with him. Several important topics were described at the meeting, beginning from slightly weir question mentioned at the beginning above to some serious topics regarding the problems that youth in Bosnia and Herzegovina has to cope with on their path towards the success. Our scholars had the opportunity to discuss the ideas on how to improve their education and employment opportunities as well as problems, difficulties, and obstacles that are trying to push them back and how to avoid and solve them. Also, Sejo shared useful tips and advises regarding start-ups based on his own experience.

In conclusion, there is no doubt that our scholar spent a great time and learned a lot from Sejo last Friday. We want to thank him and his company’s colleagues for hosting our students in their company’s workplace and hope to continue this fantastic collaboration.
