11 scholars receive KUKA industrial robotics training at German Robotics Centre (DKR)
In early November, 11 of our scholars received cutting edge industrial certified KUKA robotics training at the German Robotics Centre (DKR). The training was funded by Bosnia & Herzegovina Futures Foundation in partnership with the Foundation for Innovation, Technology and Transfer of Knowledge (FITT). Scholars learned about the mechanics, software, deployment of field solutions and the wider industry context of automation.
The students completed KUKA BASIC training and had the opportunity to learn from seasoned robotics expert who provided valuable one on one learning time also. The topics covered included robotic manipulation (space, speed, planes & direction), troubleshooting, calibration, coordination calculation, program editing and custom program development/execution.
The students who participated in this round of training:
Dijana Čaušević, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Tuzla
Luka Čakarević, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Banja Luka
Nina Stefanović,, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Banja Luka
Irma Redžepagić , Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Sarajevo
