BH Futures Foundation at JobFAIR ’24: Empowering Careers and Connecting Talent
These past 2 days we had an opportunity to attend JobFAIR ’24, one of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s most prominent employment fairs. This annual event, known for gathering leading companies across diverse industries, offered students and young professionals a unique opportunity to connect with potential employers, participate in career-building workshops, and engage in "career speed dating" sessions. The atmosphere was electric with ambition, networking, and the shared goal of professional advancement.
Representing our Foundation were our dedicated scholars - Emina Očuz, Lamija Maglić, Hana Babić, Dženan Mehmedović, and Lamija Tutnjić. These scholars not only showcased the mission and work of BH Futures Foundation but also shared personal insights into the opportunities they’ve gained through our programs. From scholarship information to mentorship opportunities, they highlighted how BHFF supports young talent, inspires growth, and offers a pathway for students to thrive both locally and globally.
A key point of our participation was to raise awareness about the upcoming Futures Leaders Summit (FLS), a landmark event designed to inspire future leaders and foster impactful connections. Our team at JobFAIR ’24 eagerly shared details about this Summit, inviting attendees to join and experience a blend of education, leadership development, and networking.
We were also pleased to see our long-term partners, HTEC and Authority Partners, showcasing their work and commitment to youth development. As strong supporters of career growth and innovation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, they play a crucial role in building bridges between academic and professional environments.
