It does this by empowering the youth through non-formal education, technology access and development of world class leadership skills.

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Scholarship Program Manager who is going to oversee the achievement of the scholarship program goals, coordinate efforts between different teams, and lead with a strong focus on strategy and implementation.
Responsibilities:
Support implementation of four core scholarship programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization;
Define program goals and implement changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved;
Continuously improve existing program activities and develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization;
Analyze program risks and implement appropriate activities;
Produce ongoing, accurate and timely reports on program activities;
Meet with internal and external stakeholders to improve communication and transparency in regards to program implementation, issues and decisions;
Work closely with scholarship recipients and volunteers;
Work closely with the Student and Young Professional Leadership Committee and other relevant staff;
Work with the Board of Directors, Executive Director and other relevant staff on a strategic level.
Requirements:
Believing in the youth of Bosnia and Herzegovina and their potential to grow through personal and professional development opportunities;
Experience working with youth;
Being an entrepreneurial and fearless leader who strives for excellence, acts with integrity, embraces diversity, serves the community and genuinely believes in the mission and vision of the BH Futures Foundation;
Outstanding organizational skills;
Understanding of project/program management techniques, methods and tools;
Ability to work with diverse teams of young professionals in a solution-oriented manner;
Ability to innovate and drive change;
Having a flexible approach to work and working hours;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including public speaking) both in English and BHS languages (English is the official language of the BH Futures Foundation);
Knowledge of the NGO sector of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
Must be residing in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Preferred Requirements:
Proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager or other managerial position;
Knowledge of the STEM sector of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
