Meetup and Breakfast with the IBM Fellow - Namik Hrle
Do you know which code activates your resources? Which code enables your potential? If your answer is no, then you should ask Mr. Namik Hrle. Our scholars did not have to ask him for the answer but got it immediately through the meetup and breakfast, that was organized on Friday morning. Namik came to Tuzla as a keynote speaker at the central BH Engineering Weeks event and expressed a desire to meet young people from our Foundation and share his rich experience and knowledge with them.
Mr. Namik Hrle is a man with a vibrant biography and career. He is currently Chief Technology Officer and President of the IBM Data and Artificial Intelligence Technical Team. IBM is one of the world's largest companies operating in the IT industry. Namik also bears an honorable title "IBM Fellow," which is the highest and most significant title that can be worn by an IBM organization, which is awarded for significant contributions in the fields of business, technical support, and social influence.
The main message that Namik successfully managed to convey is that young people and professionals should be workaholic to get the best from their potentials and talents and become successful. Therefore, averageness is not an option we want to rush the obstacles and achieve something great in our lives. We shall always make an effort and have in mind that every effort pays off and that the majority of famous and successful people are not successful because they are very intelligent or extraordinary smart. They were just very persistent on their path towards success. Sometimes we need to get out of our comfort zone to achieve something.
We want to express our gratitude to Mr. Namik Hrle, who managed to find time for our scholar and motivate them with his meaningful words. We claim that, while there are such individuals who have a desire to sit and talk to young people, give them directions for success, the future of our country will be bright. Also, big thank you goes to our partner DKR - German Center for Robotics for hosting this meetup and showing their support.
