Edin came back to his high-school, this time as an educator

An interactive hands-on "Arduino for Beginners" workshop was held in Zavidovici on November 16, which aimed to introduce high school students to the world of programming and electronics. The workshop was held within the Informatics classroom at the gymnasium “Rizah Odžekčić” helped by BH Futures Foundation's outreach program team.

The workshop was held by former high school students, Dino Camdzic, who is a student at the Faculty of Information Technology in Mostar, and Omerović Edin, a student at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Sarajevo.

"Given that this is the first practical workshop of this type in this school, the number and quality of students who attended and participated at the workshop were more than excellent," said Dino Camdzic.

It was a great honor and pleasure for me to have the opportunity ,with the help of BH Futures Foundation, to participate in this workshop and to pass on knowledge to the younger generations; to pass on the knowledge that will certainly benefit them in practical applications and even in the job market. Judging by the number of participants attending the workshop and the amount of enthusiasm I have encountered, I think this will not be the only workshop of this type and I hope that this workshop will be the first of many other workshops and a beginning of many positive stories in Zavidovići". said Edin Omerović, our proud scholar.
