The Journey Begins: Incubation Program:
Every journey starts with a single step, and for our graduates, that first step was becoming a Junior Scholar in our Incubation Program. This initial phase is designed to lay a solid foundation, equipping scholars with the essential skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to excel. The Incubation Program is not just about academic learning; it’s about fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation, and collaboration. Our Junior Scholars engaged in rigorous coursework, interactive workshops, and mentorship opportunities, all tailored to nurture their potential and prepare them for the challenges ahead.
Stepping Up: Acceleration Program:
Upon the successful completion of the Incubation Program, our scholars were elevated to the status of Senior Scholars, entering the Acceleration Program. This phase is where the transformation truly begins. The Acceleration Program is an intensive, immersive experience that pushes scholars to sharpen their skills, think critically, and apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios. Senior Scholars undertake advanced projects, participate in industry internships, and receive personalized coaching from experts in their fields. This program is designed to accelerate their growth, ensuring they are ready to make significant contributions to their chosen paths.

Completing both the Incubation and Acceleration Programs is no small feat. Our graduates, now esteemed members of our Alumni Program, have proven their dedication, resilience, and capability.
