BH Futures Foundation at JobFair & Business Academy in Mostar

The city of Mostar once again became a hub of opportunity and inspiration as BEST Mostar organized one of its most impactful events — the JobFair & Business Academy. This annual gathering brought together students, professionals, and companies under one roof, offering direct insights into the job market, industry expectations, and essential skills for building a successful career.

Among the many impactful participants, BH Futures Foundation proudly took part in this year’s event, with our scholars Lejla Nezirović and Sajra Mušanović representing the Foundation and engaging directly with students and visitors.

Throughout the event, Lejla and Sajra did an outstanding job of presenting the full spectrum of opportunities available within the BH Futures Foundation — from fellowship programs, mentorship, and internships, to international experiences, research and innovation initiatives, and community development projects.

Their enthusiasm and firsthand experiences captured the attention of many students, sparking meaningful conversations about career development, the power of networking, and the importance of personal growth beyond formal education. Visitors were especially interested in learning how they too could become part of a vibrant, youth-led network that supports academic, personal, and professional success.

The Business Academy, as part of the event, further enriched the experience with interactive workshops and expert-led lectures, giving students practical tools and knowledge to develop communication, leadership, and business skills — all aligned with the values and mission we uphold at BHFF.

Participating in JobFair & Business Academy reaffirmed our belief that young people are eager to learn, grow, and lead, and with the right guidance and opportunities, they are ready to shape a better future — not just for themselves, but for the entire country.
