Farah Zeba holds workshop for scholars on topic of Work-life Balance
Farah Zeba, a Senior Tech Talent Partner/Recruiter from Storyteq in Amsterdam held an online workshop for our scholars on the topic of “ Work-life Balance: How to Avoid or Cope with Burn-out”
Farah is an expert on the topic of work-life balance, backed by her abundant background in high-paced recruitment environments. With a degree from the School of Economics and Business at the University of Sarajevo, Farah began her career at Popcorn Recruiters, where she mastered technical recruitment. Her career progression took her to Sendcloud and later Storyteq, where she managed significant growth in team size while also engaging in employer branding.
Her journey through these demanding roles provides her with first hand insights into maintaining balance amid professional challenges.
In this workshop, Farah shared her practical tips and personal insights on how to avoid or cope with burn-out. She showcased preventive strategies and tools that are used widely by experts to manage work and life effectively.
