Presenting The New Generation of Changemakers: 40 Junior Scholars and 32 Ignite Members
Celebrating a New Wave of Talent: Welcoming Scholars to the Incubation and Ignite Programs:
We are thrilled to announce the acceptance of an extraordinary group of students into our Incubation and Ignite programs. These initiatives are crafted to nurture and ignite the talents of young scholars, laying the groundwork for Bosnia and Herzegovina's future leaders across various fields.
The onboarding was successfully held on August 31st and September 1st. The students attending the onboarding had the opportunity to learn more about the BH Futures Foundation, gaining insights into its mission and values. All staff members and team leaders introduced themselves and shared what they do within the foundation, highlighting various roles and responsibilities. They also presented different ways for students to actively engage in the foundation's work by joining various teams and contributing to impactful projects.
As we welcome this new generation of scholars, we must also acknowledge the invaluable role of our Selection Committee members. Their dedication in evaluating applications and conducting interviews has been instrumental in this process. The careful assessment for the Incubation Program was led by our scholars, alumni, staff members, and friends who embody the Foundation's mission. These individuals were the support of the review process, carefully evaluating applications and conducting interviews.

The Incubation Program:
This program is designed to establish connections and foster collaboration among gifted students with a passion for learning, exploration, and community engagement throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina. Over the course of 12 months, scholars will have the opportunity to develop professionally and make significant contributions, all under the Foundation's guidance and support.
After a series of intensive interviews, we are excited to introduce 40 new Junior scholars selected for the Incubation Program. These young talents are set to embark on a transformative journey, equipped with the tools and mentorship needed to thrive.
The Ignite Program:
The Ignite Program brings together our youngest changemakers - high school students passionate about the natural and technical sciences - ready to embark on a journey of personal and professional growth. Designed to unlock the potential of driven students, the Ignite Program opens doors to a world of opportunities, enabling them to sharpen their talents and elevate their skills.
We warmly congradulate the 32 new Ignite members selected for this program. They will join 11 continuing members from last year, bringing the total to an inspiring 43 Ignite members. Through mentorship, resources, and opportunities, these scholars will be equipped to tackle real-world challenges, contribute to the nation's growth, and drive positive change in their respective fields.
As these scholars begin their journey, we remain dedicated in our commitment to supporting their aspirations and ensuring a brighter future for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
