Despite grim reports on satisfaction with secondary education among B&H youth and staggering youth unemployment rates, these young people have done it differently and the discussion kicked off with their ‘Eureka!’ moment – when and how have they realized that they can make it – get into some of the best universities in the world. While their answers to all questions were varied and highly individual, there was still enough overlapping to provide meaningful advice for our listeners.

Read More99 new scholars joined the BH Futures Foundation this October. Central to the scholarship experience in our Foundation is the one-year mentorship, where our students get to work with experts from the industry to improve their skills and define their career path and goals. Our mentors help their mentees find their first internships, work on fixing their flaws, and help them create a bigger picture. One of our senior scholars, Esma Đulović, met her mentor Elvir Hadić in November, and Elvir has already helped Esma land an internship at the APS Engineering company in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina.
