The BH Futures Foundation aims to help its scholars when difficult times arise. The last couple of years were also challenging for students. Overcoming obstacles from education to accommodation has dramatically impacted students’ day-to-day lives. Supporting the efforts of scholars is one of our main objectives. We are glad that they still have the motivation in these times to keep pushing forward and excelling in their paths of individual development.

Read MoreThe BH Futures Foundation and Bosnian-Herzegovinian American Academy of Arts and Sciences partnered up several years ago to promote educational and research opportunities in the academic community of Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad. This year, our way of partnering and connecting researchers was the inaugural BH Researchers Meetup. Read MoreThe Tutoring Program organised by the BH Futures Foundation became a place of growth for many great things over the past two years. This autumn, we’d launched our fourth tutoring cycle for high school students across Bosnia & Herzegovina. The students have had the opportunity to have tutors in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, IT,
Electronics and Biology. We are happy to have welcomed more than 80 students and 40 tutors to share their knowledge and help students achieve their full potential. However, this time, the most active students were awarded with laptops with great support of our partner, CT Technologies.
From December 15th through December 17th, Bosnia and Herzegovina Futures Foundation organized the Futures Leaders Summit ‘21 - an event that will annually gather prospective changemakers in the field of STEM with the aim of creating a strong network that will change the way we perceive the industry and the future of our country's development.

The training was funded by Bosnia & Herzegovina Futures Foundation in partnership with the Foundation for Innovation, Technology and Transfer of Knowledge (FITT). From this year on, our Foundation organizes Futures Leaders Summit (FLS) which aspires to become BHFF’s annual event in the years that come. This year, FLS gathers 120 prospective STEM change-makers – both students and recent graduates – in Tuzla from 15th to 17th December and provides them with an opportunity to enhance their knowledge by learning from the global and local experts and to broaden their professional network - participants can meet fellow STEM colleagues, visit companies, share CVs with companies' management, and through networking even get their first working experience and internship.
