For the first time, we welcomed several new staff members alongside our invaluable volunteers. We developed our first comprehensive strategy and defined a business model, laying the foundation for future growth. Essential procedures were established, financial processes refined, and agile methodologies implemented to enhance efficiency. Transitioning from a fully remote work model to a hybrid one has further improved collaboration and productivity.
