Over the past two years, our organization has experienced transformative growth under our dedicated leadership team. For the first time, we welcomed several new staff members alongside our invaluable volunteers. We developed our first comprehensive strategy and defined a business model, laying the foundation for future growth. Essential procedures were established, financial processes refined, and agile methodologies implemented to enhance efficiency. Transitioning from a fully remote work model to a hybrid one has further improved collaboration and productivity.
As part of our commitment to foster connections and engagement, we regularly host meetup events across Bosnia & Herzegovina and around the globe, wherever our citizens reside and work. The event provided an opportunity for networking and offered a brief overview of our foundation's work, achievements, and future initiatives. Around 100 people came to hear our stories and to network, many of which have important roles in big companies such as Symphony, Linden Health, Apple, TechForge Labs, HTEC Group and others.
The HTEC Foundation awards the Emir Zec Memorial Scholarship in honor of Emir Zec’s philanthropic contributions. This scholarship is dedicated to recognizing and supporting students who exemplify the values of dedication, excellence, and community service that Emir Zec championed.

Our annual Bosnia & Herzegovina Researchers Meetup was held at Hotel Hills in Sarajevo, bringing together some of the brightest minds in the field. Organized by the Bosnia & Herzegovina Futures Foundation (BH Futures Foundation) and the Bosnian-Herzegovinian American Academy of Arts and Sciences (BHAAAS), this event was an excellent opportunity for researchers to network, share their achievements, and learn about new tools and resources.
In recent months, our junior scholars have been working on the project "Renaissance Classroom: Fostering Creativity through Innovative Design." The team was composed of architecture and civil engineering students who utilized their knowledge and skills acquired during their studies to design a creative solution for an unused space.

The workshop focused on both theoretical and practical knowledge with a special aim at developing fundamental know-how about financial markets and investment strategies.
