Over the past two years, our organization has experienced transformative growth under our dedicated leadership team. For the first time, we welcomed several new staff members alongside our invaluable volunteers. We developed our first comprehensive strategy and defined a business model, laying the foundation for future growth. Essential procedures were established, financial processes refined, and agile methodologies implemented to enhance efficiency. Transitioning from a fully remote work model to a hybrid one has further improved collaboration and productivity.
